At DermPro, we want to give you the most reliable and accurate instant risk assessment for your skin. Because mobile devices vary in hardware and camera quality, our service cannot work on every device.

DermPro is compatible with most iOS 7 and higher and Android smartphones (from 2018 onwards). The app does not support tablets, including iPads. Devices that cannot meet our technical requirements, such as those with cameras that produce low-quality images, cannot provide accurate risk indications.

Even if your device isn't compatible for risk analysis, you can still use other DermPro features to manage your skin health:

• Archive photos to keep track of your moles and spots
• Identify your skin type for personalised guidance
• Check the UV index to stay protected from sun exposure
  
  

This ensures you can continue monitoring your skin and taking proactive steps for your skin health, even without full risk assessment functionality.
