I’m having trouble verifying my email. What should I do?
If you're having issues verifying your DermPro account, it could be due to one of these reasons:
- Email delay: Sometimes the verification email can take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
- Spam/junk folder: Check your spam or junk mail folder in case the email was filtered there.
- Incorrect email address: Make sure you entered the correct email when signing up.
Other tips to help with verification:
- Double-check for typos in your email address.
- Click " Re-send mail" to send a new verification code.
- Search your inbox for emails from DermPro.
- Remember that verification links expire 24 hours after being sent.
